The kit contains everything you will need to change out your coupler. The Coupler is CNC machined and Heavy Duty. These are not the junk factory couplers some people sell. The oil is premium Redline Synthetic Gear lube. This is the best oil you can buy. High temp stable, lowest friction, best low temp flow. The premium high temp RTV is used to for making gaskets and for threadlock on the bolts. Also included are detailed photo instructions and Nitrile rubber gloves. You will want to use gloves! The factory fill oil is foul smelling stuff and you don't want it on your hands.

Our Heavy Duty couplers are CNC machined in the USA from the most advanced polymer in the industry. These units will outlast the factory coupler 5-7 times and reduce vibrations! These are machined to the highest standards in the industry with a perfect balance and friction fit. This ensures no slop or excess wear on your supercharger. Excessive slop on your coupler will cause premature wear on the entire unit so even if yours is good now you will want one of these on hand! Coupler also includes instructions.

Eaton Supercharger Coupler Rebuild Kit
This kit is for the 1990-Present M62, M90 and M112 superchargers found on GM, Fords and others (not for the clutch superchargers). It's a well known fact that the factory coupler on these superchargers are the weak link and will wear out quickly. If your supercharger is making a rattling sound, chances are the coupler is bad. Even if your coupler is in good condition you will want to replace it before it goes bad to avoid all the undue stress.
